Project 7Nine

by Bruce
(Melbourne)

After a 10 week build (that is still ongoing) my LC79 is starting to come together.

After watching Ronnys build videos and doing a lot of research, I think I have come up with another great 79.

From a custom canopy built of the chassis to the full ARB catalog fitout, no expense has been spared on my 79.

Fellow Dualcab

Good to see anther dualcab tourer being built, must say it is interesting breaking new ground with a new model 4wd that makes you have to think and design your only way forward as you see many around in the flesh to check out.
Top truck mate, you have inspired my to start a new design for my canopy, it was a rush job for me at the time but served its purpose back in 2013 for our trip around Australia. Will be starting a new one from scratch very soon. Top website to mate.
Cheers and safe travels Alan

A very nice build up. Top marks.

If only everyone had a 79 series......

The ARB fit-out is a great idea, they have good gear.

Happy adventuring and safe travels.

Great Build
by: andrew spencer

Nice build up, taking the same journey myself with my 79 V8 dc.
Love seeing how the very few of us out there doing it are going setting up a 79 for touring.
